You cannot live in the present

The data you receive from your sensory inputs represents events that occurred in the past

Technically you live in the past and anticipate the future.

Where is the present then?

The present exists at the point of processing, the singularity, where you create the future to be experienced as the past.

You are the present

The witness, at the end of time

If you dwell upon the past or the future you are stealing from the present.

This is how one infinite being can play so many roles and why the stars you see may no longer exist, and yet they can still experienced as an eternal stream of light
